Thankful for this day! Suddenly the lord has rearranged my world; however I must say since I started praying specifically for things in life I am in the now. My health is radically shifting for the better, I made a choice I was sick and tired of feeling sick most of time and while one goes to the doctors you still don't get direct answers as to what's wrong with you.......

So one day I said that's it!!!! I am my best advocate and began to pray; God answered and told me exactly what to do! 1. Stop the sugar!!!!! Sugar is so bad for your body however it's in a lot of our foods, it takes mindfulness and shifting the way we think. I fasted, prayed and was healed and delivered from sugar and other toxic foods.

I have been sickly most of my life started as a young child; my first encounter with abuse was at age 4- as I can recall and from there acceleration until God showed up! ( read my book link below ) Thanks for stopping by! If you need help I am here to gently guide you ~

This evening, I participated in my midweek service with my church family 🙏💕🎉💥 and was thoroughly inspired! My Pastor's voice is exceptionally beautiful, and its beauty consistently moves me to tears 😭. I was in great need of this revitalizing experience. I am sincerely grateful and blessed!

The main thing after falling or failing on or with something or someone is get back up, dust yourself off......and then keep going.

Heal yourself is essential in order to build healthy relationships; be it personal at home and or with business peers, colleagues , church members, while at work.....where ever you are in life.
