We just got back from the SAVMA Symposium in North Carolina, and it was a good one.

Getting to meet veterinary students face-to-face, hear what they’re navigating, and be part of a conference they’ve built themselves is always worth it.

There’s a lot of pressure in this field, but there’s also a lot of passion. We left feeling encouraged about where veterinary medicine is headed—and grateful we got to be in the room.

Meet Rand Gardner, Hospital Manager at Center Veterinary Clinic.

When Rand isn’t leading the team at the hospital, you’ll likely find him outdoors enjoying Southern California—or volunteering with local equine rescues. He works with some of the most severe abuse cases, helping horses rebuild trust in people and begin their journey toward healing.

And wherever Rand goes, his loyal canine sidekick Zip is never far behind.

We’re grateful to have Rand on the team and for the compassion he brings to both animals and people. 🐾
