Katrina is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and completed her Postpartum Doula Training through the Seattle Midwifery School in 2003. With over two decades of experience, she offers deeply nurturing, in-home Ayurvedic care to support mothers during their sacred postpartum window.
Each session includes a 90-minute Postpartum Ayurvedic Lymphatic Massage to help:
✨ Speed hormonal rebalancing
✨ Support healthy lactation
✨ Improve breast and uterine health
✨ Promote natural weight loss
✨ Reduce swelling and inflammation
If you’re experiencing edema, adding Garshana (dry brushing) is highly recommended.
(Supplies are $25 and invoiced separately.)
🌿 Katrina also provides Ayurvedic Baby Massage, using custom-prepared herbal oils to foster deeper bonding, support immune strength, and enhance motor development.
(Available as an add-on or separate appointment.)
💛 Bengkung Belly Binding is also available to support your body’s natural recovery and grounding after birth.
She offers in-home visits up to 6 days a week, for 1.5–2.5 hours each—centered around restorative abhyanga massage and personalized support for breastfeeding, nutrition, baby care, and emotional well-being.
