It has become more and more difficult to maintain motivation. Whether is for work, school or just daily life (responsibilities, chores etc.) and no matter the age group you belong to. Teen and young adults that have been going to school on line and have not been able to socialize with their friends like they would if they were physically going to school, are experiencing difficulties with their grades, sleep, mood and even appetite. How is your motivation? share some tips you are using to stay motivated and engaged.

Share 3 things you are Thankful for!

Make this part of your morning routine. Take 5 minutes to write down 3 things (or more) you are thankful for.These don't have to be big things. They can be as simple as "I had a good night sleep", "I had the time to wash my hair"..etc.

If you are feeling down, go back and read your list.
