lemon blueberry banana muffins!🍋🫐🍌 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
2 over ripe bananas
3 tbsp lemon juice
tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup unsalted butter(melted)
1 egg
1.5 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
tsp vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries

bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and enjoy!:)

ingredients:
hard boiled eggs
mayo(tsp per egg)
mustard(1/2 tsp per egg)
tomato paste(1/2 tsp per egg)
hot sauce
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika

toppings:
chili lime seasoning or tajin
dill pickles
bacon
green olives
pickled jalopenos

measure with your heart, assemble eggs however you like, & enjoy!🫶🏻

ingredients:
1Ib ground chicken
2 tsp baking soda
tsp garlic powder
tsp onion powder
tsp garlic herb seasoning
tsp lemon pepper
tsp salt (or more to taste)

bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes and enjoy! I paired mine with guacamole🥑

ingredients:
green grapes
greek yogurt
honey
dark chocolate

freeze yogurt grape mixture in clusters. dip in melted dark chocolate. put back in the freezer until chocolate hardens and enjoy!:)

crispy rice peanut salad!🔥🥗 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 cup cucumber(sliced thin)
1 red bell pepper(diced)
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup edamame
crispy rice
shredded sesame chicken
1/2 avocado(cubed)
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup roasted peanuts

crispy rice:
1 cup cooked white rice
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
olive oil spray

spread rice out on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes until crispy.

sesame chicken:
4-5 chicken tenderloins
1-2 tbsp rice vinegar
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp sesame oil
tsp garlic powder
tsp onion powder
sesame seeds

airfry at 360 degrees for 10 minutes. add into a mixing bowl and shred chicken by hand or with an electric hand mixer.

peanut dressing:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp sesame oil
tsp ginger paste
tsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp lime pepper
salt to taste

assemble salad and enjoy!:)

crispy potato omlette!🔥🥔 recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
1 yellow potato(peeled thin)
fry seasoning
2 eggs
shredded cheese
bacon
arugula
green onions

make sure to cook the potato shavings first before adding in the egg. covering with a lid helps speed up the cooking process. pair with avocado and hot sauce if you’d like and enjoy!:)

buttery banana bread!🍌✨ recipe below👇🏻

ingredients:
2 over rice bananas
1.5 cups oat flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut sugar
tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
cinnamon
tsp vanilla extract

bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 minutes and enjoy!:) I paired mine with honey cream cheese. delish!!!

5 ingredient cheezits!🧀 recipe below👇🏻

recipe:
8oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 tbsp butter
tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cold water

chill dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour. divide into two. roll it out pretty thin. cut into small squares. poke a hole in each square.

bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. let cool completely & enjoy!:)

ingredients:
2 cups orzo(cooked)
1 cup rotisserie chicken(diced)
1 red bell pepper(diced)
1/2 seedless cucumber(diced)
1/2 red onion(diced)
1 cup corn
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup crispy bacon
1/2 cup shredded cheddar

dressing:
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp ranch seasoning

ingredients:
1 can chickpeas(drained)
1/4 cup tahini
juice of 1 lemon(1/4 cup)
2 garlic cloves
tsp cumin
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil(extra for topping)
2 tbsp water
paprika(for topping)

add ingredients to a blender and enjoy with your favorite veggies, crackers, or pretzels!:)
