Self Care is a very important practice to have but it's not all about bubble baths and face masks! On top of that, everyone's needs will be different but one thing I would recommend for everyone is at least 5-10 minutes of loving-kindness meditation daily. It has been shown to be very beneficial and you don't have to take my word for it. You can check out the article below that includes a written guide, explore countless videos on YouTube or find your own source of information and guidance. Regardless of where you go it's definitely worth a try because you can't pour from an empty cup! β¨
