Essential oils, herbs, and homeopathy are all natural approaches to healing, but they differ significantly in their composition, mechanism of action, and application.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts obtained through distillation or cold pressing. They contain volatile aromatic compounds that have potent therapeutic effects. These oils work primarily through aromatherapy (inhalation), topical application, and sometimes internal use (when safe and appropriate). Herbs
