Faith Christian Counseling Center Resilience Training: What is resilience? By strengthening these pillars, we in turn, become more resilient. DO YOU KNOW THAT? Conflicts are not necessarily bad.

Faith Christian Counselling Center is a licensed 501c3 Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic, specializing in Substance Abuse, Resilience Training, Anger Management, Life Skills and Pastoral Care. SERVICES PROVIDED:

Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic: Specially trained licensed substance abuse treatment counselors provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, sets goals and develops a treatment plan promoting Healing and Recovery by providing life-enriching positive beliefs and values. Anger Management: The term Anger management commonly refers to a system of psychological therapeutic techniques and exercises by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce the triggers, degrees, and effects of an angered emotional state. Ability to “bounce back.” Resilience is made up of five pillars: self- awareness, mindfulness, self-care, positive relationships purpose. Conflict Resolution: Conflicts are disagreements, struggles, or battles over opposing issues or principles. Conflict punctuates the Book of Esther, just as contention fills the pages of our lives. Disharmony in the home, wars in the workplace, disputes in the church all should lead us to the One whom Esther turns to for direction, strength and courage. Conflicts can be used to accomplish God’s purpose
Conflicts call for action toward peace. Conflicts can be resolved, require prayerful preparation and planning. Conflicts can be settled through negotiation. Communication Skills: Communication is essential to sales, client relationships, a better team environment, company culture, and employee and team management engagement. Learn to write more effectively, communicate with customers and employees, and craft compelling communication plans and proposals, as well as communication skills training for difficult situations, such as dealing and managing. Employment Training: Teach interviewing skills, job searching skills, navigating skills and soft skills. Life Skills Training: Teach anger-management skills budgeting skills, assist with finding housing and support services.
