First Leaf Microgreens Locally grown & woman owned, eating veggies made easier, tastier, and chemical free. No predators, no chemicals, no sprays - just happy greens!

Grower and owner of First Leaf Microgreens, Renata is a health coach and semi-retired nurse with a mission: to make veggies easier and more fun to eat! Her microgreens are grown indoors in a controlled climate under growing lights with specified soil mix. What are microgreens? Unlike sprouts that grow in water and are harvested before their first leaves unfurl, microgreens are more developed thanks to their growing process! Seeded in soil, they are harvested after their first leaves have formed and provide more nutrients similar to their adult version thanks to the additional growing time. We currently are growing:
Arugula
Broccoli
Sunflower
Radish
