Subzero days, Lake Champlain frozen over, and still choosing outside. Our participants are experiencing a true winter in Burlington, VT... what should we do next? Snowshoeing? Ice-fishing? Paint nights with hot coco?

From starting in admissions to a participants first few weeks with us, we talk a lot about their goals and different steps they could take. We also dive into what “success” looks like and help participants and their families that it’s never a straight line. We are here to help ride the waves with our participants and support their families in doing the same!
