Sleep!! Who wouldn’t like to sleep more than five hours a night? Some struggle with sleep issues whether it be unable to fall asleep or unable to stay asleep or maybe it is a combination of both. Some have trouble going back to sleep once they have awakened early like 3 to 5am. It happens, but if you are struggling on a daily basis and want a solution, let me know. I can help 😊

We are getting close to spring! Warmer weather, flowers blooming and trees budding out. For some of us it wreaks havoc on our sinuses and eyes. Others breathing and headaches. Acupuncture can help, but if you are afraid of needles let me know we have alternatives.
