Tilt-Up Convention and Expo 2025- Nashville,TN

Jay-Ton had three project tours to “Nashville Under Construction” visiting the Earhardt Industrial, Rock Nashville, and TN Farmers CO-OP job site.

Will Phelps, the Vice President of Jay-Ton’s Nashville office, gave a presentation on “Elevating Rock Nashville with Stacked panels,” discussing the innovative use of stacked tilt-wall panels.

WHEN SECONDS MATTER, CHARACTER SHOWS:

This week, a serious accident occurred near one of our projects in Canton, MS. Emergency services arrived on site and urgently requested assistance.

Without hesitation, two of our team members stepped in.

Their quick thinking, calm under pressure, and willingness to help, using two forklifts already on hand, played a key role in the successful rescue of an injured person. The fire department and first responders coordinated the scene, and our team stood shoulder to shoulder with them.

We won’t name names, because neither of them stepped in for recognition. But we will say this:

This is who we are. This is what we do. And this is the kind of character we’re proud to stand behind at Jay-Ton.

To the two who acted yesterday, you know who you are and we thank you and recognize you. You reminded us all that safety isn’t just a protocol. It’s a principle.

Recently, we gathered for a superintendent’s meeting, during which 100 of our employees discussed safety, protocols, and company-wide updates.
