You don’t get rid of the pacifier because someone on the internet said to.

You get rid of it when it stops working.

This twin mom didn’t want to ditch it.

Her daughter could fall asleep independently with the pacifier in her mouth. That part was “working.”

But 3 hours later, she was

Wide awake.

And once something helps your baby sleep, it feels terrifying to change it. Especially when you’re already exhausted.

After trying several other tweaks first, she decided she was ready to test removing it.

She was nervous.

It went smoother than she expected.

And her more wakeful twin is now

Sleeping through the night.

Here’s the part people don’t talk about:
When one twin improves, sometimes the other one shifts too. That’s normal. Twins are dynamic.

That’s why quick 2-week sleep packages don’t always cut it for twin families. You need space to adjust, troubleshoot, and pivot when things change.

That’s exactly what we do inside Twin Sleep Academy.

If you want twin-specific strategy and ongoing support from a twin mom, nurse, and sleep consultant, reply TWINS and I’ll send details.

P.S. March is the last month I’m including unlimited ongoing support at no extra cost. After this, new students will receive one month included. If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is your window. 💙

It’s not that they aren’t good moms

It’s that singleton experience is not the same as twin bedtime survival

I’ve seen the most confident moms humbled by getting two babies to sleep all night.

Twins aren’t about more experience, it’s about having the right approach.

That’s why generic sleep advice falls apart when it comes to multiples.

For twin specific sleep guidance, you need practical tips on how to get two very different people to sleep all night.

On our Twin Sleep coaching call today:

One mom didn’t think she could lay her babies down awake.

Another didn’t think she could give up the pacifier.
Both said, “I just don’t feel ready.”

And they were right: readiness matters.

But here’s what most people misunderstand:
Feeling ready doesn’t mean you have zero fear.

It means you have a clear plan that makes sense for your family.

It means you know what to do and where to turn when it gets hard.

It means having other twin moms cheering you on.

That’s what we build inside the Twin Sleep Academy.

If you want support getting to that place

You don’t have to rush.
But you don’t have to stay stuck either.

This week on the podcast, I sat down with my dear friend, to talk about what expectant twin mamas NEED to think about before delivery.

It’s an empowering conversation that I hope encourages you to ask important questions of your hospital before birth.

Thanks, Emily for sharing your twin birth story

Most twin parents think:

“If I make it to 38 weeks, we’re safe.”

But full-term doesn’t always mean simple.

In this week’s podcast episode, we talk about:
• An unexpected NICU admission
• One twin in, one twin out
• Recovering from a C-section inside a hospital room
• Postpartum depression after medical trauma
• What twin parents should ask BEFORE delivery

This conversation isn’t fear-based.

It’s preparation-based.

Because twin parenting doesn’t start at sleep training.

It starts at birth.

If you’re expecting twins: save this.
If you’ve lived this: share it.
If you know a twin mom: send it to her

Getting my twins to sleep all night was a totally different experience than getting my singletons to sleep

Not only were there 2 of them with very different needs and patterns, I was so much more exhausted.

I was healing from a C-Section, struggling with breastfeeding. So many more challenges than what I had with one.

Sleep wasnt “nice to have,” it was survival.

Thats why I created the Twin Sleep Academy- an entire sleep program built just for twin parents.
