Peace in your Body. Peace in your Heart. Peace in your Mind.
My motto is Peace. Allow me to be your guide as you sojourn towards peace- peace in body, mind and spirit. I enjoy the anatomical and physiological explanations and benefits behind the asana/postures, as they are the most easily assessable qualities as you begin your journey. Breath work will be the current on which you ride to awareness and in time, you will begin to appreciate the inner workings of self; the thoughts, emotions, and stirrings that make you, YOU. I aspire to bridge the gap between body and mind; designing flows to support the individual's journey towards wellness and peace. I feel it is my vocation to serve as an inspired guide; kindly inviting exploration and curiosity into what makes each person the individual we were born to be and to find peace in that wisdom~
Private and semi-private (corporate, church, small community group) sessions are available!
