Meet Caia… our brave feline who snuck into our building to have a safe space to have her kittens. She is working diligently on her masters in pet therapy and maintains a 4 paw 0! She is a hard working mom who loves taking care of her son and daughter along with all the patients she meets💕

In honor of International Women’s Day, I wanted to recognize all the brave women in this world! Stay brave, stay strong and stay committed to making a difference🥰

Yesterday marked 4 years that we bought the building on Main Street to start Mindful Life. It has been an exciting and wonderful adventure. I am so thankful for all of the wonderful Therapists, fantastic admin, and our amazing patients that have made the brave choice to walk through the doors.

Also, Thank you to the Butler Community for all of the support through these last 4 years. I love being part of the community and meeting new people daily.

I look forward to the continued journey and growth. 🥰

Hopefully, someday we will have a complete picture of all of us🤞🏼🤣
