The Annual Case Management Appreciation Luncheon in the Atlanta region was held last week. Several of the NextStep Care offices were able to attend including members of our Tyrone and Duluth teams. Many providers were on site for connection and community education. Everyone enjoyed the day of celebration for the work of case managers and social workers throughout our state.

GACCP (Georgia Association of Community Care Providers) offers an opportunity to receive real time updates from legislative and state officials, receive education on community resources, and connect with fellow providers and case management agencies.
