We are so grateful for the help and guidance of Ryan Hampton in supporting Beautiful Minds Recovery Montana. Congradulations!

I’m profoundly humbled to share that I’ve been named to TIME100 Health, recognizing the 100 most influential people shaping global health in 2026.

When we started Mobilize Recovery, our goal was clear. We set out to give a voice to those who have been left behind by a system that ignored them, to end the overdose crisis, and to take on the billionaires who profited off our pain.

This recognition by TIME isn’t just a personal milestone. It’s a massive spotlight on our entire movement and the advocates doing the hard work on the ground every single day.

To be included alongside such an extraordinary group of global health leaders is surreal, but this recognition truly belongs to all of us.

Thank you to TIME, my incredible team, and everyone who has supported this mission. We won’t stop until every voice is heard, every person is valued and supported, and no more lives are lost to this preventable crisis. Let's keep fighting.

With love, R.

✨ Thinking about becoming a Certified Peer Support Specialist? ✨

Here’s what that certification can open the door to:

💼 Real career opportunities in:
• Mental health & behavioral health clinics
• Substance use & recovery programs
• Hospitals & emergency departments
• Crisis & warm lines (phone/text support)
• Nonprofits & community organizations
• Youth, family, and school-based programs

🤝 What peers do:
Use lived experience to support others, offer hope, help people navigate systems, reduce isolation, and walk alongside someone on their recovery journey — in ways traditional services often can’t.

🌱 Room to grow:
Many peers advance into:
• Lead or senior peer roles
• Program coordination & management
• Training & facilitation
• Advocacy & systems change
• Counseling, social work, or nonprofit leadership

⏰ Flexibility matters:
• Part-time or full-time options
• Evening/weekend shifts
• Remote or hybrid roles
• Purpose-driven work that aligns with real life

While Beautiful Minds Recovery Montana cannot guarantee a position on our staff upon completion of training, many opportunities are available, and some of our alumni do go on to become part of the BMRMT team.

Demand is growing as peer support expands nationwide!

👉 The biggest opportunity of all:
Turning lived experience into impact, purpose, and leadership — while helping others feel seen, understood, and not alone.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your story could matter…

This might be your sign ✨

40 hour peer support training. Approved training, meets requirements for application for CBHPSS, by the MT Board of Behavioral Health.
