💛 Exciting News for Montana Families!

Starting January 2026, Montana Medicaid can reimburse licensed doulas for birth support! 🙌 Private insurance may cover services too—check your plan.

🌿You may be able to use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for in-home postpartum and newborn support. We’re happy to provide itemized receipts for reimbursement.

🌿 We accept Klarna and Affirm through Stripe. Payment plans are set up via a secure Carepatron invoice (our EHR). Eligibility, terms, and installment schedules are determined by Klarna/Affirm.

‼️ Would This Be Helpful for Our Community After Surgery?

I’m considering expanding Willow Nurse Wellness, LLC to offer concierge, in-home nursing support after surgery and would truly appreciate local feedback.

For example, one package would include a Safe Ride Home + 4-Hour Monitoring visit, where a registered nurse would bring you home from your procedure, get you safely settled, assist with medications, monitor your recovery, and ensure you’re stable and comfortable before leaving.

The goal is to make those first few hours after surgery safer and less stressful — especially for those who may not have medical support at home.

This service would be available for both men and women.

• Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN) or Experienced Postpartum Doula
• Mostly overnight care (9 PM–6 AM) with some flexible daytime shifts
• Focus: Newborn care, maternal wellness, and calm, professional presence in the home

Requirements:
✔ Experience caring for newborns
✔ Infant CPR & First Aid certification
✔ Mandatory background check
✔ Must obtain an Independent Contractor License
✔ Must carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance or hold an Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate (ICEC)

💚 My heart is so full! 💚

Thank you all for the incredible love and encouragement as I bring Willow Nurse Wellness to life. Your support truly means the world to me.

I’m still finishing up the last bits of legal paperwork so everything is set, and I’m on track to start welcoming clients in November.
