🐈Cat Yoga🤣💓Ashtanga final sequence modified🌞Slowly returning to full series Ashtanga after recovery from severe head injury 2 years ago. Only now beginning inversions/headstand again. Life can change🫰🏾snap: as my Ashtanga teacher Larry Hobbs says, in an instant. Grateful for my yoga practice as a foundation for a comeback, no matter how slow…sometimes quickly sometimes slowly: goals will always materialize if we are willing to work for them…💪🏽❤️

Introduced to Ashtanga 20 years ago in workshop with Doug Swenson. Afterwards practiced with Larry Hobbs in Wilmington, NC. Grateful for the nearly year of Mysore with Larry & some time with his wife Sita who painted this sign💜Thank you Larry for your continued guidance🤗✨🧘🏻‍♂️
