It's Spring!
This time of year always brings thoughts of new birth, growth, beauty, new beginnings.....to my mind.

So it is this time of year I set new goals for improvements, starting new personal activities, changes to my service offerings at work, making changes to continue in direction for long term...you get it...those kinds of things.

I am going to continue to take care of myself. Pedicures twice a month, keeping my hair did, dedicating to a consistent skin care routine, more exercise and yoga, and AT LEAST ONE massage a month.
When I do all of these things, I feel so much better. I can focus on the direction of my personal and work life.
