🧠 Do you ever feel like your brain just… isn’t working the way it used to?

You walk into a room and forget why.
You reread the same sentence 3 times.
You struggle to focus on simple tasks.

That frustrating feeling has a name:

Brain Fog.

And it’s more common than people think.

Many patients come to our clinic experiencing:

• Mental fatigue
• Memory issues
• Difficulty focusing
• Feeling mentally “slow” or overwhelmed

What many people don’t realize is that brain fog is often connected to how the brain processes information from the body.

After concussions, stress, injuries, or neurological dysfunction, the brain may struggle to properly integrate signals from the:

👁 Visual system
👂 Vestibular (balance) system
🦶 Proprioceptive system

When these systems don’t work together efficiently, the brain has to work overtime — which can lead to the foggy feeling many people experience.

The encouraging part?

🧠 The brain can retrain itself through neuroplasticity.

At California Brain & Spine Center, we use advanced neurological assessments to identify why the brain isn’t processing information properly — and develop targeted therapies to help restore those pathways.

✨ Many patients are surprised to discover their brain fog is treatable.

👇 Tell us in the comments:
What symptom bothers you the most?

1️⃣ Brain fog
2️⃣ Dizziness
3️⃣ Headaches
4️⃣ Difficulty concentrating

📩 Or send us a message if you’d like to learn how our neurological evaluation works.

A patient walked into our clinic and said:

“Doctor… I feel nauseous almost every day.”

She had already seen 3 doctors.
She tried antacids, diet changes, and stomach medications.

Nothing worked.

Why?

Because the problem wasn’t her stomach.

It was her brain and balance system.

Your brain constantly processes signals from:

• your eyes
• your inner ear (balance system)
• your body position

When these signals don’t match, the brain can create symptoms like:

⚠️ nausea
⚠️ dizziness
⚠️ brain fog
⚠️ motion sensitivity
⚠️ light sensitivity

This is something we commonly see after:

✔ concussions
✔ car accidents
✔ viral infections
✔ vestibular disorders

Most people don’t realize that nausea can actually be a brain symptom.

And once the neurological cause is addressed, many patients finally start feeling relief.

💬 Quick question:

Have you ever felt nauseous along with dizziness or brain fog?

Comment below:
🔹 YES
🔹 SOMETIMES
🔹 NEVER

I’m curious to see how common this is.

📩 If this sounds like something you or someone you know struggles with, send us a DM and we can point you in the right direction.

📌 Save this post — many people don’t realize this connection.

📤 Share it with someone who is always feeling nauseous.

🚨 Had a car accident and something still feels off — even after a “normal” scan?
Most ER visits only screen for bleeding. They do NOT evaluate how your brain is functioning.
That means thousands of TBI and Post-Concussion patients walk away with zero answers — and their symptoms go undocumented. 📋
If you or your client is experiencing:
😵‍💫 Dizziness
🤕 Headaches
🌫️ Brain Fog
😰 Anxiety
💡 Light Sensitivity
🧠 Trouble Concentrating
This is not “just stress.” This is a brain injury.
We provide comprehensive Vestibular, Visual, Balance & Neuro Exams that objectively document brain dysfunction — creating the clinical evidence your case needs. ⚖️

🔹 For Patients → You deserve real answers and a real recovery plan.
🔹 For Personal Injury Attorneys → We provide detailed, defensible documentation for your TBI clients.

🚨 Dizzy when you stand up? Heart racing for no reason? Constant fatigue but “normal labs”?

You might not be “just anxious.”
You might not be “just stressed.”
And it’s not all in your head.

👉 It could be POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) — a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system.

Common symptoms include:
• Dizziness or fainting
• Tachycardia (heart racing)
• Shortness of breath
• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Headaches
• Nausea
• Heat intolerance
• Numbness/tingling
• Insomnia
• Tremors

Many patients struggle for years before getting a proper diagnosis.

At California Brain & Spine Center, we specialize in identifying the root neurological cause — not just masking symptoms.

If this sounds like you (or someone you love), don’t ignore it.

“I wasn’t fully participating in my own life.”

Melissa is a Stage IV cancer thriver who developed POTS ( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) as a long-term side effect.

For over 5 years, simple things like:
• Standing at events
• Taking long walks
• Doing everyday tasks at home

Would leave her dizzy, exhausted, and needing to sit down.

She saw a cardiologist.
She tried managing symptoms.

But what she really wanted was to address the root cause — in a non-invasive way.

That’s when she found us.

At California Brain & Spine Center, we focus on neurological rehabilitation for conditions like POTS and dysautonomia — helping patients retrain the brain-body connection safely and naturally.

If POTS is limiting your life, you are not alone.
And you are not without options.

⭐️ 5 Stars. But More Than That — Real Results.

When patients say we “go above and beyond,” what they’re really describing is something deeper:

✔️ Being heard
✔️ Being understood
✔️ Having a real plan
✔️ Finally feeling hopeful again

At California Brain & Spine Center, we don’t chase symptoms — we identify root causes. Whether it’s concussion, dizziness, brain fog, migraines, dysautonomia, or post-injury neurological issues, our goal is simple:

🧠 Get your brain working better.
💪 Help your body feel stable again.
📈 Give you your life back.

If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you don’t feel normal… this is your sign.

We’re offering a complimentary consultation to determine if you’re a candidate for advanced neurological testing and care.

Does your dizziness get worse when you’re stressed?

You’re not crazy.
And you’re not imagining it.

There’s a real neurological reason.

When dizziness starts, your brain goes into protection mode.

Heart rate shifts.
Breathing changes.
Muscles tighten.
Your system becomes hyper-alert.

That heightened alertness can actually make the dizziness feel stronger.

Now your brain senses more “danger.”
And the cycle continues.

🔁 Dizziness → Stress → More Dizziness

This doesn’t mean it’s psychological.
It means your nervous system is stuck in overdrive.

The good news?

The brain can be retrained.

With the right vestibular rehab, autonomic regulation, and neurological treatment plan, this loop can calm down.

If this sounds familiar, save this post.
Share it with someone who needs to see it.
And reach out if you’re ready to break the cycle.
