🍕Fathead Dough:
🟢1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
🟢2 tbsp cream cheese
🟢1 cup almond flour
🟢1 large egg
🟢½ tsp baking powder
🟢¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
🍕Toppings:
🟢¼ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
🟢1 cup shredded mozzarella
🟢12–18 pepperoni slices
🟢½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Fathead Dough:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese for 60–90 seconds.
2. Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and garlic powder.
3. Mix until smooth dough forms.
4. Roll the dough between parchment paper into a pizza circle.

2️⃣ Pre-Bake the Crust
5. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.

3️⃣ Add Toppings & Finish:
6. Spread sugar-free pizza sauce over the crust.
7. Add shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices.

🟢1 ½ cups almond flour
🟢¼ cup melted butter
🟢2–3 tbsp granulated erythritol
🟢½ tsp vanilla extract

🍰For the Cheesecake Filling:

🟢24 oz cream cheese, softened
🟢1 cup powdered erythritol
🟢½ cup sour cream
🟢3 large eggs
🟢1 tbsp lemon juice
🟢1 tsp vanilla extract

🧑‍🍳Instructions:

1️⃣ Make the Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
3. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

2️⃣ Make the Filling:
5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add sweetener and mix until creamy.
7. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.
8. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.

3️⃣ Bake & Chill:
9. Pour filling over the crust.
10. Bake 50–60 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
