🍰 Keto Cheesecake (New York Style) — Ultra Creamy & Sugar-Free! (Recipe 👇 👇)

📝 Ingredients:
🍰For the Crust:
🟢1 ½ cups almond flour
🟢¼ cup melted butter
🟢2–3 tbsp granulated erythritol
🟢½ tsp vanilla extract
🍰For the Cheesecake Filling:
🟢24 oz cream cheese, softened
🟢1 cup powdered erythritol
🟢½ cup sour cream
🟢3 large eggs
🟢1 tbsp lemon juice
🟢1 tsp vanilla extract
🧑🍳Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
3. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Filling:
5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
6. Add sweetener and mix until creamy.
7. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.
8. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
3️⃣ Bake & Chill:
9. Pour filling over the crust.
10. Bake 50–60 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
11. Turn off oven and let cheesecake rest inside for 1 hour.
12. Chill in the fridge at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
