•1 cup full-fat cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
•2 large eggs
•⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
⅓ cup granulated sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or sugar if not low-carb)
•¼ cup almond flour or oat flour
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•½ tsp baking powder
•Pinch of salt

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
