So I don’t usually post pics of my self but here is a 30 day transformation. The first pic I was just eating whatever and working out sometimes. The second pic I watched what I ate cut out sweets and worked out 5 days per week. No filter no flexing, just results. It’s not to late to become what you could’ve been.
