I haven’t stopped listening to LUX .vt all week. I experience it as a musical thesis… deeply studied, fine tuned and orchestrated in the details. As a theologian who left the church… a classically trained vocalist… a woman whose power was once misunderstood, minimized, and holistically demonized — this album is unlocking chambers in me I didn’t even know were waiting to be seen.

Co-creating with for her + wellness retreat was seamless!

What I love the most about our creation together is it was easeful in total flow, both of us showing up in our medicine riding the wave of the day.

There is a true artistry in working in response to environment around you. IMO too much planning or organizing, especially with sound healing disconnects the practice from the frequency of the medicine.

Sound is in response to all that is around you - the subtle energies, the space itself, the instruments of the human beings participating. We work from the current moment, the magic of responding & creating with that which is in the current environment.

That shared expression & intention made our afternoon after a beautiful expansive day — pure presence ✨
