Co-creating with for her + wellness retreat was seamless!

What I love the most about our creation together is it was easeful in total flow, both of us showing up in our medicine riding the wave of the day.

There is a true artistry in working in response to environment around you. IMO too much planning or organizing, especially with sound healing disconnects the practice from the frequency of the medicine.

Sound is in response to all that is around you - the subtle energies, the space itself, the instruments of the human beings participating. We work from the current moment, the magic of responding & creating with that which is in the current environment.

That shared expression & intention made our afternoon after a beautiful expansive day — pure presence ✨

Supporting women-owned businesses and fellow artists isn’t just something I believe in—it’s a sacred practice. When we uplift one another’s artistry, we create a frequency of abundance, collaboration, and divine feminine embodiment that ripples out into the world.

It is safe to be seen. It is safe for me to be seen in my divine gifts and embodiment. There is evidence all around me confirming how supported I am. Each moment divine love echos back to me that I am worthy of love because I AM LOVE. Aligned opportunities flow to me with ease as I blossom into peace. I receive with grace. I am valued in my divine gifts & my essence inspires others into devotion.

+ hosted an amazing day retreat here in Montectio this last week & my heart was overflowing from the goodness that I experienced. A total vibratory cleanse and alignment took place.

I found myself around women that expanded, inspired and rooted my heart into the awareness of divine love all around.

Ten years ago, I moved back home to California with such an ache in my heart 🫀 this week I traveled up to SF — back down to San Diego & I have to say California, I love you.

Here’s to the lover girls with flowers in their hair - may we embrace each lesson that presents itself to us… the aches, the grief, the deep belly laughs and the ecstasy. It’s just the beginning darling.
