As a TRAINER, I have over 17 years in the Field of Health, Fitness, Sport Specific Training, Injury Rehab, Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning. I pride myself in not only getting EACH and EVERY CLIENT to Their Individual GOAL...But the simple fact that I have been AMAZINGLY BLESSED to have learned Bodybuilding and Lifting from the LEGENDARY......TOM PLATZ (when I obtained my very first ISSA Certification), to next studying (2 years of )Sports Medicine under Michael Chisar who was the Athletic Trainer for "Track & Field" for the 1996 Summer Olympics . My other professors had PhD's in their field and were absolutely AMAZING!!... After college, I then was introduced to Power Lifting and was a protege of Scot Mendelson, which resulted in competing that lead to 2 National Champion Titles and multiple records before retiring from the sport in 2014.... Combining all of these "Ingredients" with a background in Sports Psychology, I have an edge to my Coaching like no other. LIFE COACHING...

SO, I make sure that you enjoy the process! I have one time plan options as well as Support Plans where you check in on your progress 2-4 times a month, and I tweek your plan as needed to keep you moving forward. TAROT READING......

I have had you since 4 weeks old…. Since I was able to take you from your mama and her home ,….once you stopped nursing. You at the time were the size of your head. And you used to always sleep curled up on the left side of my neck. Back then I could hold you in one hand.

I swore I would at least make sure you were protected and safe. You are one of the strongest and best Tiny little souls that God has blessed me with …to have you by my side .

You are so smart, you were easy to train. I always said prior to you….. “I’ll never be that bitch with a dog in her purse.”

What happened… I found you because you were meant for me and I was meant for you after I got burned on a scam for another puppy back then. But you were always Gods PLAN for me. Therefor , because I still had my Coach Diaper bag from Zoe….

I became “that bitch with a dog in Her purse”.

I built you a make shift bed and toted you around all day everyday at Next Level while I trained clients and ran the gym…. I took you to Venice Golds over yrs of training there …. And once upon a time Arnold became a fan of yours as did many others there.

I could write about the magnitude of GRATITUDE that I have for you til my last breath and how proud of you for being the poster dog of resiliency, loyalty, … an empath in a fur suit, and the amount of amazing that you have done!

You have literally raised a few other dogs and cats, and have loved so many other animals along the way.

Your heart is pure gold.

It is my honor and duty to protect you for many years to come….. I love you to the moon and back

Hello Everyone!
Tis the season to regroup, see where everyone is at, and share GRATITUDE! As time goes by, so do projects and interests. I’m grateful for this platform and realize it’s time to be more present—sharing what I’m passionate about and exploring collaborations in the upcoming 2026!
As I always say, we should not just move forward but set the example. Lately, my fascination has been with Frequency Therapy, Astronomy, and Astrology. Anyone else exploring these areas?
Like it or not, we are entering a new age where technology, when used for GOOD, can do truly amazing things. Once you understand that humans—and, really, almost all living organisms, pets included—are frequency structures, the avenues for HEALING expand far beyond what is often called “Western Medicine.”
Being raised Italian, I grew up with some “creative” ways to heal ailments—via food, herbs, and, well… everything in between. LOL! Nonnie always had a trick with salt, garlic, and a warm compress to “FIX EVERYTHING.” She wasn’t entirely wrong.
I’m not saying these are cure-alls—but with FREQUENCY, think about it this way: that “rotating ladder” we associate with DNA and inner dynamics… sometimes it gets broken, worn out, or out of alignment. Imagine if, with non-invasive frequency therapy, we could fill in the gaps and feel almost “normal” again.
There’s so much to learn, and it’s incredibly exciting! Comment below if you’re on the path to frequency healing—maybe life threw you a curveball, or you were simply curious—and discovered that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Just thought I would drop by and say “Hi…. How are ya….”

It’s supposed to be WINTER here in Utah…. However 57 degrees ISN’T winter here!! lol!

Though it’s thermal long sleeve kinda weather and this one from is and always be one of my Favorites!! One of the few pieces I still have to this day! And we are talking over a decade since I competed and had the Hookup with and ….

What I do and have a calling to do is not “Trendy” by any means. However upon doing my due diligence to study on “the Things and the stuff”…. Going to libraries….. every topic, diety, book relevant to astrology and what not, are GONE, “Missing”….. “Stolen”, etc.

And I prefer a written book I can hold rather than read possible hi-jacked information / publication that is on the internet.

So last night upon my late walk…. On my back I stumbled upon an “Underground Popup” Art exhibit.

As many of you know I do esoteric art. And when I came across this Gem of an experience as well THIS…. The ride got WYLD!!!…..

There were many interpretations off the “root map” as I like to call it. Which is the original pencil draft of a map that expands from center point…. And in my perception…. Flourishes into a “Coliseum” of depth and idea.

Once I took a good hard look:… from the map to the one end project of said student….I commented to the host…. “ This is code…. Not sure how to identify…. But the root reminds me of old school green on black computer code? Like Syntax…?”

You know…. Numbers and symbols… pres enter and then you have a picture….. Voila!

Ya… that’s what I got. You tell me…..😬☺️🥰🙏✨😘

I do my best NOT TO....Because ....I miss that s**t 😏 I miss having a man, someone to LOVE, And Take Care of....But I will NEVER make the MISTAKE AGAIN....of “Settling” for FAR Less than I DESERVE.... ......Hopefully one day I will find someone that sees my worth from DAY 1.....Respect Me and see my as an EQUAL...The other HALF of a “Whole”......A Girl can DREAM....Right? 😔♥️
