There is rain in the forecast, which means there will be ❤️ in our kitchen!
We are very particular about our French onion soup, it has got to have a rich veal broth base, plenty of high quality gruyere cheese, and house made croutons to hit the spot just right!

There are several reasons why is our favorite season of the year: Fall ingredients, changing colors, perfect weather and enchanted evenings! However the top of the list is and always will be
Our advice? Try to spend as much time outdoors as possible: even when dining! Enjoy the “sweet spot” of the year. It won’t last too long !

Ok, fiiinnneeee. The blonde lady IS AI generated but the fall menu is totally and completely generated and it is amazing.
We have been blissfully tasting through and democratically selecting the best items to represent on our 🍁 menu. Luckily the weather is also cooperating and next week we are expecting autumn temperatures. Join us on the patio (10 electrical heaters and 11 propane heaters) and enjoy chef Santiago’s fabulous cooking.
Let us know what we should name our AI lady. She is a wonderful AI person!

Please join us in congratulating our extremely talented and hardworking chef Santiago on his first year work anniversary at Evangeline. We are tremendously lucky to have such an inspired, motivated and talented chef join us right on our 10th year anniversary!
Chef Santiago is no stranger to Napa Valley culinary scene, in fact he has held multiple leadership positions in some of the top restaurants and resorts in the valley. But what he has accomplished here in such a short period of time is truly remarkable.
His creativity and derive was exactly what and needed to propel us into our second decade. His food is truly incredible and he has turned our kitchen and our restaurant into a loving and fun environment all thanks to his positivity, energy and passion.
We look forward to many many more years of thoughtful and delicious cuisine and to have him lead us into a future that is full of success, happy guests and of course, colorful, delicious and inspired food.
Congratulations Chef. We are lucky to have you with us on this journey.
