Hi! With the new year approaching, we are offering a FREE mental workshop for teens at our private practice, K&E Therapy. We are seeing such a need for mental health support and awareness for the youth in our community, so this is our way to give back! The mental health workshop will focus on coping skills, creating and maintaining health relationships, and suicide/crisis awareness.

Kimberly has worked in numerous mental health settings working with adults and children struggling with mental illness; such as bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, and ADHD. The past 5 years, Kimberly has worked with high risk youth throughout Ventura County SELPA and LVUSD. Additionally, Kimberly has helped families who are struggling with their child experiencing suicidal ideations.

On a personal note, Kimberly’s son has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). While going through the diagnostic process with her own son, Kimberly realized what a lack of resources there are for families in need. Kimberly assists parents in connecting to resources and navigating different service providers. Kimberly looks forward to working with you!🦋

Emily has worked in mental health for over 15 years. She has helped numerous families and children dealing with depression, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, and anxiety. Additionally, Emily is a certified Community Resiliency Model (CRM) trainer. Throughout therapy, Emily implements CRM to increase resiliency and reduce burn out.
Additionally, Emily is a mom to 5 children which helps her understand the struggles (and joys) of parenthood. Emily can’t wait to meet with you!🦋
