We are honored and truly grateful to share some exciting news with you and our community.

After 22 years of dedicated leadership as inpatient Medical Director at Fairview Southdale Hospital—and 20+ years in team partnership with Dr. Beth Good-- Dr. Paul T. Richardson is joining the Dr. Beth Good & Associates team beginning April 6.

We are also thrilled to welcome Dr. Erica Green, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who will be joining us in early May 2026. Dr. Green brings a decade of both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry experience at PrairieCare, where she worked closely alongside Dr. Richardson.

These expansions reflect our continued commitment and dedication to you and the community, providing thoughtful, expert, and compassionate mental health and psychiatric care.

The holidays can bring connection, celebration…and stress. If this season feels heavier than usual, you’re not alone.

Here are a few tips inspired by guidance from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to support mental well-being during the holidays.

Small steps can make this season more manageable and more meaningful. If depression continues to affect your daily life, NeuroStar may be an option when other treatments haven’t worked.
