WIHI Madge brings a wealth of experience to WIHI from her years reporting on health care for public radio.

WIHI, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s online audio “talk show," has become a focal point for provocative conversations about innovations in health care. For sixty minutes, every other week, host and producer Madge Kaplan and a group of guests with diverse and deep health care experience discuss the complex issues facing policymakers, providers and caregivers, and patients. IHI’s Director of Communications since 2004, and the regular “voice” of the 100,000 Lives and 5 Million Lives Campaign conference calls, Madge is known for her ability to create a shared space for lively and enriching discussions.
