Another hard working weekend making things happen!

Progress takes time. During the hustle and bustle of the kids going back to school, I’m reminded that the world expects instant gratification. They expect us to be ready and settled to a new schedule when in reality, that consistency will take time.

Don’t be discouraged if the next couple weeks is chaotic. Trust the process and your values.

Mindset Matters!

When it comes to wellness, mindset is often the deciding factor between giving up and growing stronger.

When you speak negativity, you breed negativity. When you speak growth and progress… guess what, you grow and you move mountains.

This week we ended our Bootcamp season. YES we had weight loss. YES we had inches lost. YES we saw improved fitness metrics.

And I’m so proud of my team for that, but what I love most is the promise to the commitment.

12 weeks came and went so fast but in the thicket of things we had real life happening all around- vacations, family loss, community loss, hard days, sick kids, unexpected circumstances, work travel, busy schedules… gosh- you name it- we lived it.

But we still showed up for ourselves and each other. The COMMITMENT over this last 12 weeks is astounding. It is powerful and in my mind the most important metric.

Congratulations to our bootcampers. You all inspire me.
