I recently was asked why we don't post many before and after pictures.

The truth, because they aren't mine to post.

Before and after pictures are personal and vulnerable. They are meant to be specific to the individual to use as they see fit and to show to whom they want to if and when they choose to.

We also have to remember that progress truly lies within the actions we take on a consistent basis.

PROGRESS IS NOT LINEAR. It's not just a before and after picture.

Progress lies in the moments we make decisions that align with our goals and recognize the times when those decisions don't.

Progress occurs within the moments we prioritize sleep.

Progress happens within the moments we get up for the 5am workouts.

Progress happens within the days we show up to evening classes after a long workday.

Progress happens within the times we begin to love ourselves where we are at and quiet the negative self talk.

Remember that progress isn't just what you see in those before and after picture but what is happening behind the scenes. Progress is happening all around us. Remember to take time to celebrate those moments. ❤️

We are all smiles as we celebrate our 1 year anniversary!

I have so many thoughts jumbling around my head that it’s hard to put everything into words.

No Limits has brought so many amazing people into our lives. Over the last year, we’ve created such an amazing community of fitness, friendship, support, and resilience.
