This morning, Shacreya, the founder of The Brave Foundation - NICU Support, stopped by to pick up the donations collected for NICU families, and we are truly in awe of her heart and mission. 🤍

What started from her own family’s time in the NICU has grown into something so impactful for families walking that same road — especially during the holidays, when being away from home feels even heavier.

We are beyond grateful to everyone in our community who donated, shared, and helped make this possible. These Brave Boxes are filled with comfort, encouragement, and love, and they’re headed exactly where they’re needed most (Maple Grove Hospital).

Thank you, Shacreya, for being a light for NICU families. It was an honor to support this mission. 💛

Bootcamp Memberships are now available!!

The idea of bootcamp memberships is our way to provide an individualized approach to those wanting to participate in group classes but have BIG goals that are meaningful to them. You do not have to be a bootcamp member to participate in classes at no limits.

Bootcamp begins the week of January 5th! Be sure to schedule your individual fitness assessment prior to the start of bootcamp.

Bootcamp members receive discounts on all group classes, 3 1:1 fitness assessments, 3 months of meal guides, individualized goal setting, and body composition throughout the 12 weeks!

BUT it DOES matter because it means you kept your promise to show up!

It matters because although it wasn’t perfect or what you envisioned, you made it happen.

Mindset matters. So make these small wins matter because it means you kept a promise to yourself and if you can do that over and over again— than you my friend have NO LIMITS

We've been working hard behind the scenes to create a new option for individuals in 2026!

BOOTCAMP MEMBERSHIPS are now available for those that would like to put a personalized touch to their fitness goals while still participating in group classes.

Our bootcamp series will run January 5th to March 27th, 2026.

Bootcamp members will receive:

🥗 Monthly meal guides

We are so excited to support The Brave foundation this year!

🎄 This holiday season, The TrueNorth Collective is partnering with The Brave Foundation to support NICU families through their Brave Box Project.

The Brave Foundation began when the Lee family spent two Christmases in the NICU with two of their children. Even while walking through their own battles, they felt called to give hope, comfort, and small gifts to the families around them.

What started as blankets and handwritten notes has now grown into Brave Boxes — meaningful gift boxes filled with love, encouragement, and essential items for NICU parents who need a reminder that they’re not alone.
