We started today off by introducing ‘Larry’ to our TEAM, he’s kind of a BIG ‘DILL’ 🥒🥒🥒
He is our new Spirit Pickle and every week he will go to a new TEAM member that has exhibited, 1. Service Skills 2. Great Attitude 3. Consistency 4. TEAMwork, we even have his friends ‘Bread n Butter’ if we are lucky enough to have 2-3 winners!!!!
‘Give ‘em the Pickle’ 🥒🥒🥒 by Bob Ferrell is a great reminder of why we do what we do. If you visit our home and you find someone that needs to be nominated for the Pickle Award, please find me, text me, call me, slide a note under my door and let me know who and why!!! We have an amazing TEAM but sometimes we need reminders!!

Thank you to all who came and all who helped make this day a success. I assure you our elders loved every single minute of it!! These kiddos make their day (all the candy does too😜)
Some days (actually most days) you leave feeling drained and wondering if you even make a difference and then you arrive again the next day to smiling faces that can’t wait to greet you and you know without a doubt you are where you are supposed to be! We are not perfect but we do strive for progression!!
