✨ Meet Leslie ✨

Leslie is a certified 26&2 (formerly Bikram) and Tier 3 Baptiste Yoga Educator who’s been sharing movement and healing for decades. With a background in massage therapy, Reiki, Yin, Qi Gong, and more, she brings a wealth of knowledge—and heart—to every class. 💛

Yoga has helped Leslie heal from injuries and find balance through life’s challenges. She believes that with time and consistent practice, we can all move with more ease, grace, and awareness—on and off the mat. 🌿
