On Saturday August 1, 2020 between 4-6:00 pm, Saving Our Generation LLC will be having our first of many events at Olympic Skating Center in Enola, PA for "Black Lives Always Mattered". Our hope with conducting this event is to educate our communities about the issues that black people face in these underprivileged and improvised neighborhoods and celebrate what black people have accomplished in this country. We at Saving Our Generation LLC, would like to share our opinions on how our generation and the generations that follow should deal with policemen and policewomen in our communities. Encourage our youth to educate themselves in political endeavors so that we have a real opportunity to curb systemic racism. We also want to celebrate Black Lives and the contributions that black people made to this country. We'll have guest speakers, raffles for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners and free food. So we ask that you join us in celebrating the fact that Black Lives Always Mattered in America since Africans were brought to this country in 1619. Our children in America are tormented on daily basis for having a mental challenge, a different skin color, autism, vitiligo disorder, a birth defect, or dealing with obesity and the list goes on.

Beautiful Imperfections, Shaquan is an invaluable resource because I enclosed my coloring book with an inspirational story and a diary with uplifting questions that will allow parents and educators to detect early warning signs of mental and/or physical anguish our children may be encountering on a daily basis that may be invisible to us in our everyday lives.

I created Beautiful Imperfections, Shaquan to help children from all walks of life learn the importance behind embracing their individuality with confidence, peacefully speak up against bullying and continue becoming the light that shines in our troubled world because their Imperfections are Beautiful!

I was once a victim of bullying as a teenager upon my release from a psychiatric center due to suffering from a mental induced psychosis. I witnessed children suffering from the same conditions as myself or worse, whose voices were silenced and didn't have any outside support to help them get through their dark hours.

Beautiful Imperfections, Shaquan will no longer allow the voices of our youth who lived and are still living in torment mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally to go unheard! Hello,

I pray this notion finds you in the best of health, mind, and spirits through this pandemic. You and your love ones are in my thoughts and prayers. This is Fritz G. DeJOIE, Jr. Author/Illustrator of Beautiful Imperfections, Shaquan, The Beautiful Butterfly.

I'm writing in hopes of encouraging you to accompany me on this journey to share my inspirational coloring book with your friends and family that will help uplift our children who have become and are currently victims of bullying.
Our children are tormented on a daily basis for having mental challenges, a different skin color, autism, a birth defect, vitiligo disorder and the list goes on. I created this coloring book to help children learn the importance behind embracing their individuality with confidence and peacefully speak up against bullying because Imperfection is Beauty! I was once a victim of bullying. How about you? I've suffered from a mental induced psychosis as a teenager and was placed in a psychiatric center because of this. It saddens me to say this but I had to witness first-hand how children suffered from the same conditions as myself or worse, whose voices were silenced and didn't have any support system on the outside to help them get through those dark hours.
How can our children release the pain and suffering of this torment peacefully? Beautiful Imperfections, Shaquan can and will help parents and educators detect those early warning signs of mental and/or physical anguish our youth encounter on daily basis that may be invisible to us in our everyday lives because I enclosed my coloring book with not only an inspiring story but a diary with uplifting questions for children to continue being the light that shines in our troubled world.
