Wellness looks different for everyone, but ultimately the goal is complete. alignment of self. Just, soaking in light energy, with your cells.. just, singing!

This Wellness roller acts as the ROOTS, the foundation to stand on to be able to grow and lean into everything else.
This isn't something you use "just when you are sick" (*although, it is EXACTLY what you need to use on first sign of symptom to support your body through fighting the ick!) but, using this as an every day, swipe of love.

Everyone has a story about their first "Ah hah!" healing experience with herbs or essential oils.
My story starts with this one.
Not boujie Frankincense, or Lavender.
Nope, it was a version of our digestive blend.. and it shocked our whole family!

Jerry came down with a terrible stomach bug. I posted on Facebook that I was concerned because nothing that I was throwing at it was working!
A friend that I had met at an event reached out and said "I'll be over in 10 minutes, I have an oil for that!"
I sort of rolled my eyes and felt, Jerry hasn't kept anything down for hours and doesn't have strength to leave the bed and you think an OIL will help?
Reluctantly, I gave it a shot.
I dropped TWO. DROPS. on the inside of his belly button, and ONE drop in a cup of water.
When. 👏🏼 I. 👏🏼 tell. 👏🏼 you. 👏🏼 he was up WITHIN THE HOUR, in the shower and looking like he was semi human, again!

His appetite came back, slowly.
He was able to keep food and water, down.
The symptoms subsided.
and we all had to pick our jaw off the floor.
