Milk Thistle is known for its support of the liver. It has proven to have hepatoprotective properties which may help live function in certain issues like hepatitis, cirrhosis or fatty liver. I did discover in my search for the newest info. on this item that milk thistle may help with skin conditions due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, showing potential for improving acne, signs of aging, and certain inflammatory conditions like psoriasis and eczema. It makes sense. If you are allergic to flowers in the Daisy family, use with caution.

This tea is called Tulsi Ginger Orange. This is the tea to drink when you feel the onset of a cold or flu. ( It has been my HERO many times) The ingredients are a blend of three different Holy Basils, cinnamon, star anise, orange and apple pieces, pink peppercorns, safflower petals and ginger.
