Health in the Finger Lakes
Twenty five years ago or so, I discovered Reiki. Or maybe I should say, Reiki discovered me.....In my first session, at a class on the old Eisenhower campus in Seneca Falls, NY, Gail Greenfield was my instructor. And this began a journey, that in many ways has shaped much of my life.
Since that profound experience, I have worked and achieved the level of Reiki Master. This means that not only can I practice Reiki, I can teach it also. Reiki is a practice, much like you would consider Yoga or Buddhism to be. In my life it has created clarity and peace that I cherish, and am humbled and honored to share.
FLX Reiki Healing is the culmination of many years, learning and patience. I hope to find that the Finger Lakes, or as I say, FLX, reflects all that Reiki can offer.
