Hello Everyone! You may have heard in the news that commercial health plans will now cover the cost of over-the-counter at-home COVID-19 test kits.

For people on Medicare plans It's important to know at this time, Original Medicare does not pay for over-the-counter COVID-19 tests. That means these tests are not covered by Medicare Supplement plans, either.

However, you can pick up free at-home tests from community health centers and Medicare-certified health clinics. Or, visit COVIDtests.gov to order a free COVID-19 at-home test. Stay safe and healthy my friends!

Every home in the U.S. is eligible to order 4 free at-home COVID-19 tests. The tests are completely free. Orders will usually ship in 7-12 days.

There's only one week left for Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Check your plan's benefits and prescription coverage for 2022. You should compare other plans to make sure you have the best fit of benefits, coverage (especially if you travel) and financial protection. Don't assume last year's coverage will be the same next year. Plans change based many factors.
