Lately, I’ve been exploring tarot as a tool for reflection and insight. Today’s pull felt especially relevant given the uncertainty we’re all navigating—politically, globally, and personally.

⚡️ The Tower – Sudden upheaval. Systems crumble, old structures collapse. What once felt stable may be crumbling, forcing us to confront uncomfortable truths. It’s unsettling and painful, but necessary - destruction clears the way for something new. A forced transformation, a breakthrough in disguise.

🌙 The Moon – Confusion, illusion, and fear. Things aren’t as they seem.  We are in the in-between, where things feel unclear and emotions run high. Misinformation, doubt, and subconscious fears cloud our vision. Uncertainty is high, and clarity feels just out of reach. We’re in murky waters, but intuition is our guide.

🎉 Four of Wands – Stability, joy, and relief. After the chaos, a new foundation emerges. Though the path is rocky, there is hope ahead We will rebuild, and what comes next can be stronger.

✨ The takeaway? We’re in a period of deep transformation, collectively and personally. It’s not going to be easy, and the road ahead may be bumpy. Please give yourself the grace and space to navigate through this. Uncertainty and change can be exhausting, and it’s okay if you don’t feel as motivated or inspired right now. You are not falling behind—you are adjusting. Tending to your emotions, honoring your energy, and allowing yourself to simply be is just as important as moving forward. Trust that clarity and momentum will return in their own time.

Lean on community, mindfulness practices, and trusted resources/books for support. Please reach out if I could help with any of this. 💬🤍🙏

For so long, I believed that pressure led to productivity—but in reality, it led to tension, exhaustion, and resistance. When we soften, we create space for creativity and flow. What if you gave yourself permission to work with your energy instead of against it? 💫 What’s one small way you can invite more flow into your day?

Mindful communication tips:

1. Pause and reflect on your true feelings. Sometimes it helps to write it out without editing or censoring it.
2. Sit with any emotions that come up around the communication. You may be feeling apprehensive or afraid to communicate, attaching to a specific outcome. Breathe into those feelings and allow them to be there without thinking or judging them. Our feelings our trying to tell us something or protect us from something. We can thank these parts of ourselves for watching out for us.
3. In this space of surrender, you can reflect and find a way to express yourself that feels aligned with your truth instead of coming from a reactive, hurt place.
4. This is where growth and shifts happen and you hold power in getting your needs met.

Communication allows to you explain to someone else what you are experiencing and what your needs are. The act of communicating not only helps to meet your needs, but it also helps you to be connected in your relationship. When we hold onto things without expressing them in a healthy way, it can burden our minds and souls. Self-expression is essential for a healthy mind and healthy heart. Communication builds more intimacy and connection in relationships. ❤️

When we allow our thoughts and emotions to be there, We
demonstrate compassion, appreciation and acceptance
for beliefs and thought patterns created to help us
survive. We simply notice them, without judgment or
resistance, and give them space. In this space we can move forward with clarity vs reactivity.

Knowing where our desires come from is the key to understanding them. We can evaluate if they are coming from a place of fear, conditioning, or attachment. Often times we can get stuck ruminating about the desires we have not met yet or consume ourselves with how we can meet them instead of being present with each moment and what we have now. Sometimes it takes trust and faith to believe if we don’t have something we desire, could it be it is not the right timing or maybe there is still some growth to do before we can hold onto it and appreciate it? Or maybe there is something else that is meant for us but we are too focused on our limited perspective about our desires to see it. Sitting in stillness and awareness can bring clarity to our desires and their origin.

“Patience is a form of wisdom. It demonstrates that we understand and accept the fact that sometimes things must unfold in their own time.”

We spend a great chunk of our life trying to avoid pain. We set up our lives so we don't have to feel hurt, rejection, anger, etc. By avoiding these feelings or distracting from them, they continue to rule our life. Stepping into the pain, feeling it, breathing through it, understanding it's not always the truth, will set you free and allow it to pass through. It's just built up energy that needs to be released.
