155.8 this morning. 🤍

And if you’ve ever been stuck at the same number for a YEAR… you know this isn’t “just a number.”

For over 12 months I hovered at 159–160.

I was doing all the “right” things:
✔️ Walking
✔️ Prioritizing protein
✔️ Watching portions

And nothing moved.

What finally shifted?

I stopped trying to force weight loss…
and started supporting stress, hormones, and my gut-brain signaling instead.

When your nervous system feels safe…
When cortisol isn’t constantly elevated…
When your hunger + fullness signals are working…

Your body doesn’t have to cling so tightly.

And here’s the key:
It’s not about harsh restriction.
It’s about restoring natural satiety so you’re not fighting cravings or white-knuckling portions.

This week the scale finally started moving again.
Steady. Sustainable. Regulated.

That’s what I call Happy Weight.

I keep noticing something…

Women are craving connection again.
Not networking.
Not fixing.
Not pretending we’re “fine.”

Real conversations.
Safe spaces.
A room where you don’t have to explain why you’re tired, overstimulated, or emotionally fried.

As I look around, I see women holding so much:
– parenting stress
– nervous system overload
– quiet burnout
– questions about their mental health they don’t feel safe asking out loud

And I keep thinking…
What if we didn’t have to carry it alone?

I’m feeling pulled to create a monthly mental wellness circle — a space for women to come together (day and night options), talk honestly about mental health, regulation, hormones, stress, motherhood, identity… all of it.

Not therapy.
Not toxic positivity.
Not “fix yourself” energy.

Just grounded conversations, gentle guidance, and community that actually feels supportive.

Before I build this out for 2026, I want to know…
