I did start collagen again…
but this time, it actually did something.
Same face.
Same lighting.
March 19 → April 4.
And if you’ve followed me for a while, you know this matters because—
I haven’t consistently used collagen in years.
Not because I didn’t believe in it…
but because when I tried it before (hello, coffee collagen era ☕️), it felt like I was just checking a box.
Like…
“I guess this is good for me?”
…but without actually seeing or feeling much change in my skin or joints.
So I stopped.
This time was different.
I didn’t just add random collagen back in—
I started using something designed to actually support:
👉 absorption
👉 the gut-brain connection
👉 and the body’s ability to repair (not just hope it does)
And within just over 2 weeks… this:
• smoother, less crepey under-eyes
• more even tone (less redness + blotchiness)
• softer fine lines
• a healthier, more hydrated glow
That “tired” look I couldn’t quite put my finger on before?
It’s… softer now.
And here’s what I think the difference is:
It’s not just taking collagen.
It’s supporting the system that actually USES it.
Because if your gut, your nervous system, and your internal stress load aren’t supported…
your body isn’t prioritizing skin, joints, or repair in the way we want it to.
For me, this wasn’t about chasing younger-looking skin.
It was about finally supporting my body in a way that shows up on the outside too.
And that feels different 🤍
If you’ve tried collagen before and felt underwhelmed… you’re not alone.
Comment “SKIN” and I’ll share what I’m doing differently this time.
