December Employee Spotlight: Anh 🌟
Meet Anh, a passionate and dedicated BCBA whose love for working with children began early and has guided her through every step of her professional journey.
Anh started her career as a general educator, later became a special educator, and eventually advanced her skills by becoming a BCBA. Today, she serves in a unique dual role: a committed school administrator by day, and an in-home BCBA after school—continuing her hands-on support for children and families. Her dedication to her clients and the meaningful support she provides their families truly sets her apart. 💙
Anh believes strongly in the power of connection. Her work in school administration keeps her grounded in collaboration with teachers, students, and families, while her in-home experience reminds her that every family’s story is unique. This balance has helped shape her into an empathetic, adaptable, and well-rounded professional.

✨ Advice to Others in the Field:
Celebrate the small victories. Many clients work tirelessly every single day toward growth, and families walk that journey with them. Every little step forward is meaningful—and worth celebrating.
✨ Fun Fact:
This summer, Anh drove cross-country with her two elderly aunts—nearly 10,000 miles in 29 days! From coastlines to mountains, it was a trip filled with adventure, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 🚗🌄
We are so grateful for Anh’s compassion, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the children and families she serves. 💙
