March 27. A date I don’t forget.

It was the moment my body forced me to listen.

There was a time when I was running on stress and no sleep, in the middle of my divorce, just trying to hold everything together.

Until my body said otherwise.

I fainted.
And that was my wake-up call.

The next morning, I ended up in the hospital for monitoring.

At the time, I didn’t fully understand what stress could do.

Now I do.

Stress doesn’t always look dramatic.
It builds quietly… until your body can’t carry it anymore.

April is Stress Awareness Month, and this is your reminder:

Don’t ignore what your body is trying to tell you.
Pushing through isn’t the same as being okay.
