🎉🎂 Celebrating 109 Years of an American Hero 🎂🎉

Sodalis Cantonment is honored to celebrate a truly extraordinary milestone—the 109th birthday of our beloved resident, Private Duane B. Surrounded by staff, family, and friends, we proudly recognize a life defined by courage, love, and resilience.

Private Duane bravely served our country during World War II, fighting in the pivotal Battle of Saint-Lô. After suffering severe injuries and defying all odds, he made a remarkable recovery and was awarded the Purple Heart Medal for his extraordinary sacrifice. Married for 79 incredible years, a father of four, a great-great-grandfather, and a devoted member of Brownsville Church, his life continues to inspire everyone who has the privilege of knowing him.
