Twitter: Yoga Teacher Badass and Writer! It was blissful, hot, and life-changing!

Born and raised in difficult, sometimes violent circumstances. Rose above this to become a successful mother, career woman, and friend to all. I spent 21 days at an Ashram in Hawaii to get my Yoga Teacher certification. I write about spiritual topics, consider myself of the Christian faith - though more spiritual than religious. Everyone is a teacher in my opinion. Fortune and grace have put a lot of good mentors in my path. Sometimes what I write may stir people up, however, it is never to bash. Just to challenge as I am challenged daily in my journey. I do write about Christianity, however not exclusively. I will not criticize other faiths, love to study various philosophies, and tend to apply some of these into my daily life. Keeping an open mind to all other beliefs. Again, we can all learn from each other. Comments are welcome. I love discussions. Feel free to be real with me. I don't think I know it all and I love a good challenge of thought. I make the commitment to Kindly, Gently, Lovingly, and Supportively maintain inner peace. - E

I'm convinced we chronically ill people once had 🦸🏽‍♀️superpowers and some 🌩️force decided we needed to be humbled.

Why did I just walk into the kitchen?”

If menopause brain fog has you questioning your own tabs, sentences, or sanity—pause.

That’s not failure. That’s a system asking for kindness.

For my last video of the year, I’m pulling back the curtain and showing how I teach my AI besties to support my memory and focus.

Not platform vs. platform.
Not tech hype.
Just better questions on low-spoon days.

Because the value isn’t the app.
It’s how you ask for help.

Did you know you can record yourself reminders of where you out things away?

Like your keys?

My new Amazon wish list is loaded with brain teasers for my memory.

Chatgpt is taking a while to create a daily memory plan for me. I hope I remember to go back and check on it.

🐾Winston is mad at me for calling him Julian.
♥️My son Julian is laughing because I called him Winston.
🐓Gilbert is just mad at me because...Gilbert.

Menopause mind is a thing.

Yes it's a cute reel.

Starring my favorite beings...my dos and granddoug.

But this is serious. Who the hell does this to dogs?

And did this really happen? I can't honestly tell you. But me ans the pups had fun with it!

True chronicle of the chronically ill life.
I get so tired of explaining it.

Thank you for doing an excellent job of telling my story.

If your feet are acting like they’re hosting a firework show while you’re just trying to exist… welcome. You’re in the right place. 🕯️🌬️

This is a gentle reminder: Whether it’s menopause, chronic flares, or just a nervous system that’s forgotten how to “off-gas,” we don’t need the Flexibility Olympics. We need a moment to sit in the middle ground.

Today’s practice? Nerve flossing and foot-fire taming. We move slowly here—because rushing is for people whose nervous systems behave, and that’s not us.

Let’s tell the body it’s safe to unclench.

No forcing.

Just listening.

When fashion goes very wrong.

And I've been known to make some really bad fashion choices. 😬

But at least mine were created by myself at the thrift store...not Balenciaga.

✨ Why Are My Feet on FIRE?!

Let’s be honest— I’ve been googling why my feet feel like they are constantly on fire. 😩🔥

Latest update from the "What The 🤬 Is Wrong With Me?" series: Turns out, the internet says "Congrats babe, sounds like post-viral neuropathy like it's a loyalty program." Thanks, I hate it. 😂

For the past 2 years, I thought it was just arthritis, or maybe my warranty has expired.

But diving into the research (even Yale Medical) points to immune system dysfunction after a virus. Our body attacks itself instead of, or in addition to, the viral particles.

So maybe it’s not about fixing. Maybe it’s about listening...AGAIN.

And listening meant ordering compression socks because this is who I am now.

Officially a cozy footwear influencer for my new, non-barefoot, nerve-screaming house shoes. Look at me, thriving, evolving. 😉

You’re not alone in this mess, the magic, and the middle ground.
