Born and raised in difficult, sometimes violent circumstances. Rose above this to become a successful mother, career woman, and friend to all. I spent 21 days at an Ashram in Hawaii to get my Yoga Teacher certification. I write about spiritual topics, consider myself of the Christian faith - though more spiritual than religious. Everyone is a teacher in my opinion. Fortune and grace have put a lot of good mentors in my path. Sometimes what I write may stir people up, however, it is never to bash. Just to challenge as I am challenged daily in my journey. I do write about Christianity, however not exclusively. I will not criticize other faiths, love to study various philosophies, and tend to apply some of these into my daily life. Keeping an open mind to all other beliefs.
