This morning, history rolls out at Kennedy Space Center.

As the Artemis Program continues its journey to return humans to the Moon, My Steady Mind is proud to be on the ground—covering the Artemis rollout at Kennedy Space Center and capturing the human performance side of spaceflight.

Our work has always focused on one truth:
🚀 Elite missions require elite mental fitness.

Over the years, My Steady Mind has trained thousands of leaders, engineers, and high-pressure teams in cognitive performance, emotional regulation, and decision-making under stress. These are the same skills required in Mission Control, on the launch pad, and inside every moment where precision matters.

Today, Dani B is representing My Steady Mind on site—documenting not just the technology, but the mindset, preparation, and leadership that make missions like Artemis possible.

Because rockets don’t launch themselves.
People do.

And performance starts in the mind.

Your thoughts are not facts.

They’re interpretations — and when you understand that, everything changes.

At My Steady Mind, we teach you how to take control by training your thoughts using our proven STEA Process.

Thoughts create emotions.
Emotions drive actions.
When you gain awareness, you regain choice.

Better thoughts don’t happen by accident. They are trained.

Just like physical fitness, mental fitness is a skill that can be developed with consistent practice.

Learn how to train your mind and change your life.

Milestone moment for My Steady Mind!

We’re proud to share that My Strong Mind, our children’s book designed to build emotional awareness, resilience, and mental fitness, reached #1 Best Seller on Amazon in Children’s School & Education Books. Author Dr. Seth Hickerson, Illustrator Dylan Ross.

Leading into the holidays, families, educators, and parents showed up in a big way. The response confirmed something we deeply believe: kids need practical, age-appropriate tools to understand their thoughts, emotions, and reactions early in life.

This book was created to:
• Normalize emotions
• Build mental fitness from a young age
• Give kids language and tools they can actually use
• Support parents and educators with simple, effective frameworks

Seeing it resonate at this level is incredibly meaningful.

If you’re a parent, educator, coach, or organization focused on childhood development, this is just the beginning. We’re excited to continue expanding access to tools that help kids grow strong minds before stress becomes the norm.

Grateful for everyone who supported, shared, and believed in this work. Onward.

Stress is not the enemy.
Unmanaged stress is.
Pressure exposes patterns.
Regulation determines performance.
High performers do not wait for calm.
They train for pressure before it arrives.
Mental fitness prepares you to think clearly when it matters most.

Every response follows a process.

Stimulus
Thought
Emotion
Action

This loop is always running, whether you are aware of it or not.

The power lives in the gap between stimulus and thought.
That moment gives you the ability to respond instead of react.

Change the thought, and you change the outcome.
Mental fitness starts with understanding the process.

Mental fitness is not about motivation.
It is about training.

Your brain is adaptable. What you practice, you strengthen.

But training only works when awareness comes first.
You cannot change patterns you do not notice.

That is why consistency matters more than intensity.
Small daily practices compound over time.

That is how focus, resilience, and emotional regulation are built.

Mental fitness is not a moment.
It is a discipline.
