And honestly? It took losing 150 pounds, rebuilding my routines, and completely rewriting my relationship with self-care to finally say that with pride instead of shame.

It comes from seeing yourself living the life you want… and realizing she’s already inside you. ✨ I had my clients try this exercise last year and the results were shocking —

not because the AI was magical,

but because it finally reflected back the version of them they’ve been too scared to imagine.

My planner setup worked… until it didn’t. And I needed it to do MORE.

If you’ve ever started a new year with the perfect planner — color-coded tabs, fresh pages, your “new me” energy at an all-time high — only to fall off by February?
Same, my friend.

It’s not because you’re inconsistent.
It’s because your planner was built for tasks, not for the emotional + mindset work that actually keeps you going.

After weight loss surgery, I realized something big:
I didn’t just need a place to write goals.
I needed a system that helped me follow through on them.

The missing pieces of my old planner setup?
✨ No space for tracking food noise or emotional triggers
✨ No place to measure non-scale victories
✨ No reflection on identity shifts or self-trust
✨ No system for building micro habits that actually stick
✨ No guidance for how to reset when I derailed

Without those pieces… my planner was pretty, but it wasn’t powerful. It kept me organized, but it didn’t keep me aligned.

I MADE IT OUT ALIVE.

I believe in the power of micro decisions - every step, every choice MATTERS toward the woman you’re becoming.

And the years that led me to WLS weren’t easy. I tried EVERY possible quick fix, diet plan, exercise regimen, dangerous pill before realizing that this wasn’t something I could solve only on my own.

The processing of this perceived failure? That took years. Shame, embarrassment, overcompensation - I learned so much about myself and the weight of been carrying, literally and emotionally.

But I didn’t do it all on my own and I believe I couldn’t have. You shouldn’t have to either.

Rules for a 2026 Reset ✨ (WLS Edition)

If there’s one thing weight loss surgery taught me, it’s that a “reset” isn’t something you start on a random Monday.
A reset is something you become.

So here are the rules I’m taking with me into 2026 — the ones that actually create results, self-trust, and peace after WLS:

1️⃣ Stop waiting for the perfect moment.
Perfection is procrastination in a cute outfit.

2️⃣ Make food noise quieter — not your life.
You don’t need to shrink your joy to manage your hunger cues.

3️⃣ Build habits small enough to repeat.
Consistency beats intensity every time.

4️⃣ Romanticize your routines.
Your habits matter more when you love living inside them.

5️⃣ Rewrite the story you’ve been scared to outgrow.
Old identities aren’t prisons… unless you keep renewing the lease.

6️⃣ Let your goals match your energy, not your fear.
If your goals don’t excite you, they aren’t yours.

7️⃣ Protect your sparkle at all costs.
Boundaries are a love letter to your future self.

8️⃣ Choose the identity you want to practice daily.
Your habits follow who you believe you are.
