The part no one prepares you for after losing 150 pounds?

It’s not the weight loss. It’s learning how to live after.

Because no one is checking on you. No one is telling you what to do next. And the old patterns? They’re still there.

What actually changed everything for me? How did I break my stall?
✨ Simple habits
✨ Consistency over perfection
✨ Systems I could stick to for years

That’s how I’ve maintained this 6+ years later. And it’s what most people miss. I break this down in my newest YT video: “Things I Can Do Now After Losing 150 Pounds”

Disney didn’t change. I did.

And suddenly…

🎢 I’m not worried about fitting on rides
🚶‍♀️ I’m not exhausted halfway through the day
💭 I’m not thinking about my body the whole time

I’m just there. Fully in it.

And the best part?

Getting to experience it all with my daughter 🤍

That’s what people don’t talk about after losing 150 pounds.

It’s not just the weight. It’s the moments you get back.

I shared all of this in my newest video:
✨ “Things I Can Do Now After Losing 150 Pounds”

I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE MUSIC CAME FROM in the first edit of this, so here’s the original cut without! Most people think weight regain after bariatric surgery happens because someone “stopped trying.”

In reality?

It usually happens when small foundational habits slowly disappear.

After 6+ years post-op, these are the habits I focus on every spring to stay consistent:

• Protein first
• Hydration daily
• Strength training
• Micronutrient consistency
• A weekly personal check-in

Bariatric vitamins are one of the easiest habits to lose — which is why I keep my Barimelts visible every morning so I never forget them.

Consistency beats motivation every. single. time.

If you’ve been struggling to stay on track with your vitamins, I’ve got you 🤍

There are a few things I do that people would definitely judge…

… but they’re also the exact things that helped me lose 150 pounds and keep it off 6+ years later.

🛒 I buy convenience foods
🥤 I drink Diet Coke
🥩 I keep things protein-first (not perfect)
🧠 I focus on awareness over restriction
👩‍💻 And yeah… I talk about this journey a lot

Because here’s the truth:
The women who succeed long-term?
They stop trying to do this the “perfect” way.

They build a way that actually works for their life.

I just shared a full video:
✨ “Things I Can Do Now After Losing 150 Pounds”

And this is exactly the life I built.

If you’re a bariatric girl in New England… this is for you 🤍

For the longest time, I thought self-care was something I had to earn.

Like I needed to hit a goal… be “perfect”… stay on track first.

But the truth?

This is what actually helps me stay consistent.

✨ slowing down
✨ taking care of myself
✨ building a life that feels good to live in

Places like this aren’t a reward. They’re part of the routine now. And that shift changed everything.

📍

Save this for your next reset day (or send to a friend you’d go with)!

No one talks about this part.

Not the number on the scale. Not the “before & after”, but the quiet moments where you realize…
✨ you fit comfortably in an airplane seat
✨ you’re not anxious the whole flight
✨ you can just… exist in your body

And yeah — sometimes it looks like eating a protein stick mid-flight (because this life still runs on habits). This is what long-term success actually looks like.

I have a brand new video coming out today: “Things I Can Do Now After Losing 150 Pounds”

It’s not about JUST weight loss. It’s about getting your life back.

Spring always feels like a new chapter for me.

Not a full life overhaul, just a quiet return to the habits, routines, and spaces that make me feel like me again.

Today’s starting with a little self-care moment at Kelo Spa 🤍

Taking care of my body, my energy, and slowing down for a minute.

Because this version of me? She doesn’t wait until she’s burned out to reset. She builds it into her life ✨

New England girlies, have you been?

Protein and water matter.

But the habit that changed everything for me? Intentional living. Planning. Journaling. Checking in with myself

This is how I stay consistent YEARS after surgery and bring on purpose joy, fun, and self care into each day!

My longer video shows the food routine (want to find this? Check the bio!)

But the mindset routine? That’s what keeps it all sustainable.

Happy Spring! 🌼☀️

Hydration is one of the three habits that actually maintain weight loss long term. But plain water gets boring. 🥱

So I started dehydrating fruit for my water bottles.
✨ lemon
✨ lime
✨ orange
✨ strawberries

It makes drinking water feel… fancy. And yes — hydration is one of the things I talk about in my newest YouTube video!
