My name is Tryce & I live in the beautiful state of Maine! 🌲I have been with my husband for over 7 years and we have 2 adorable dogs that we just love so much! I am also going to be a first time human mama in August!💞

I created this page to share my love for all things natural wellness. I am really passionate about finding cleaner alternatives to traditional products.

I fell in love with Young Living over 3 years ago now, not JUST because of how awesome their products are- but also because of the amazing wellness community it brought into my life!

Do you wash your fruit and veggies before you put them away?🍎🍋🥦

I used to just rinse them under some cold water and call it a day! Then I learned that water alone is not enough to get rid of some residue that can remain on the produce!

Good Morning Sunshine!☀️

My go to combo in the morning is peppermint and lemon! I roll it behind my ears on the back of my neck as soon as I sit down at my desk.

Peppermint oil can wake us up, focus us, cool us off, refresh us, and get us ready to go again. Hence this is one of my most used and reused oils!

Lemon oil can be used to uplift our moods, help us to focus on the good, and don’t forget-remove sticky residue!

Long Hair Don’t Care!

I was out to dinner with a couple for the first time this weekend and she mentioned she was trying to grow her hair out. I instantly blurted out “Ningxia & Sulfurzyme!” She was like Ningxia what..?

I realized I needed to explain I was talking about 2 supplements that have been a game changer for my hair & nail growth! 2oz of Ningxia in the morning with 2 capsules of sulfurzyme really made a difference in my hair growth and also helped keep me regular. I am bringing her some to try and cannot wait to see what she thinks!

So what have we been up to the past few months!? A lot!

This May we decided to try IVF after we had been trying naturally to get pregnant for over a year. The process is long and it’s a lot of hurry up and wait! Once you finally get the ok to start though everything seem to move pretty quickly.

My eggs were retrieved, fertilized with my husbands s***m in a petri dish, & then placed back inside me when they were ready to go. Obviously this is an extremely simplified version, so feel free to reach out if you want more details on the process. 💞

2 weeks later we took our first blood test and the results were positive! What a whirlwind of emotions, excitement and What NOW!?

Those first few months really wiped me out, and I had to focus on just resting and self care. I cannot wait to share with you what I have been using and what I plan to continue using through pregnancy, birth & labor! We are in uncharted territory over here but I cannot wait to share this season with you!

If you could only smell this incredible display made with fresh flowers! I thought it had to be fake flowers at first but I kneeled down to touch them and they were all REAL! 🍂

If I were to recreate this smell in the diffuser I would blend Thieves with a few drops of Orange!
