The last weeks of pregnancy are SO. HARD. you know baby could come anytime... but when?! You're tired of the back pain, the constant peeing, lack of sleep, and you just want your body back to yourself.

These are all POSITIVE signs that labor is coming...how soon? Only God knows 😉 but these are signs of changing hormones, baby getting in position for labor, and reassurance that the end is near🙌

If you’re wanting a natural birth, in a hospital, you have to do what’s in your power to set yourself up for success. The medical system is no longer set up for an unmedicated birth unless YOU come in with the know-how & support to make it happen. 💪🏼
