If you feel stuck with your health, start simple.

Two small habits can make a big difference.

Most people don’t realize this…

You have about 4× more lymphatic fluid in your body than blood.

Your lymphatic system plays a huge role in detoxification, immune health, circulation, and reducing inflammation.

Its job is to help move toxins, cellular waste, and debris out of the body through the liver, kidneys, and other detox pathways.

But unlike blood, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like the heart.

It relies on movement, breathing, and proper lymphatic drainage to keep things flowing.

When lymph becomes stagnant, people can experience fatigue, swelling, inflammation, and poor detox function.

Nobody wants to talk about this… but I will. 💩

If you’re not having 2–3 healthy bowel movements a day, don’t detox.

Gut function comes first.
