My Purpose

Here at Keeping A Promise Fitness, I am here to push you beyond your normal limits and transition you to a healthy lifestyle as smoothly as possible. The level of my input can vary. It can be as little as just having someone to talk to, making sure you are staying on track. But it can also go as far as booking training sessions (remote or in-person) and making sure you have someone pushing you while you workout. I started this because I see a lot of people struggling to consistently workout as well as people having a hard time eating correctly. The main objective is to make a promise to each other during this fitness journey to stay committed and achieve your goals. Once you sign your name on the contract, you have made a promise to me that you are serious about changing your life and once I sign my name I have made a promise to help you along your way.
